Union Mines Secretary Balvinder Kumar on Monday said that National Aluminium Company (NALCO) will set up a second aluminium refinery plant at Damanjodi in Orissa at an estimated investment of ₹5,600 crore. The plant will have a production capacity of one metric tonne per annum. NALCO currently operates a refinery at Damanjodi and power plant at Nalconagar in Orissa.
