Congress' student wing NSUI wrote a letter to PM Narendra Modi a day before he is likely to lay the foundation stone for two new campuses of the Delhi University which includes one college that shall be named after VD Savarkar. NSUI demanded to name the college after ex-PM Dr Manmohan Singh instead of Savarkar. Dr Singh died last month.
