The Embassy of India in Vietnam has released a list of 32 names of Indians who were onboard the boat which capsized near Phu Quoc Island. Several reports claimed that 15 Indians died in the tragedy. According to AP, the boat capsized around 400 metres off Hon May Rut Ngoai Island, following which nearby boats rushed to rescue.
