Shark Tank India judge Namita Thapar's Emcure Pharmaceuticals has filed preliminary papers with SEBI to go public. The IPO comprises a fresh issuance of equity shares worth up to ₹800 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 1.36 crore shares. The company also filed draft IPO papers in 2021 wherein the fresh issue was worth up to ₹1,100 crore.
