For the first time, Bengaluru's Namma Metro's annual revenue crossed ₹1,000 crore in 2024-25, driven by higher ridership, network expansion, and a fare hike. Despite an operational profit of ₹229 crore, net losses widened to ₹623.93 crore. Key projects, including Reach 6, Phase 2-A/2-B, and the Orange Line, are underway with phased commissioning planned.
