Bengaluru’s Namma Metro broke its ridership record, reaching all-time high of 8.26 lakh passengers on Tuesday, August 6, as reported by the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited. This surpasses the previous record of 8.25 lakh set on August 15, 2022. In June, Namma Metro set a benchmark with an average daily ridership of 7,45,659, generating ₹58.23 crore in revenue.
