Moving Tech Innovations (MTI), parent of Namma Yatri, has entered European market by acquiring Dutch firm Automicle Holding BV. The deal marks its first global expansion to replicate its open mobility model in European cities. As per a statement, Automicle's integrated transport expertise will complement MTI's offerings. MTI completed over 150 million trips with ₹2,500 crore in driver earnings.
