The high-level committee on deepening digital payments, headed by Infosys Co-founder and Chairman Nandan Nilekani, submitted its report to Reserve Bank of India Governor Shaktikanta Das on Friday. Besides Nilekani, former RBI Deputy Governor HR Khan and former Steel Secretary Aruna Sharma were also part of the five-member panel. The team was formed in January this year.
