NASA has shared a video in which two Artemis II astronauts are seen showing the food they eat in space while floating in microgravity. One of the astronauts, Christina Koch, said that they get all the food stored in sealed plastic or metallic pouches and have to rehydrate most of it before eating. She showed hydrated shrimp and green beans.
