NASA to pay company $1 to collect rocks from moon

US space agency NASA is paying Colorado-based Lunar Outpost $1 (nearly ₹74) to collect a small sample of rocks from the moon. It's among four firms awarded contracts to collect samples for a total of $25,001 (over ₹18.4 lakh). Companies will provide imagery to NASA of the collection and the collected material, along with data that identifies the collection location.
