Natco Pharma approves ₹1,279 crore rights issue

Natco Pharma's board approved a ₹1,279.36 crore rights issue of 1.71 crore shares at ₹750 apiece. The record date is October 1, while the issue will open on October 12 and close on October 22. Eligible shareholders will receive two rights shares for every 21 shares held.
