Kolkata Police have arrested Chirag Kapoor, the mastermind of a gang linked to more than 930 digital arrest complaints across the country, from his residence in Bengaluru. Chirag Kapoor, also known as Chintak Raj, had reportedly been running his crime syndicate for the past seven months. "Several electronic gadgets have been seized from his possession," the police said.
