Naukri-parent Info Edge appoints Himanshu Agarwal as new CFO

Info Edge, the parent company of Naukri, has appointed Himanshu Agarwal as its new CFO, effective September 17. Agarwal will also join the board as an additional director and is expected to become a whole-time director, subject to approvals. He has over 30 years of experience in finance and M&A. Interim CFO Ambarish Raghuvanshi will step down on September 16.
