Online job portal Naukri's parent firm Info Edge has announced it will acquire Highorbit Careers, owner of online job-searching portals 'iimjobs' and 'hirist', for over ₹80 crore. It will be Info Edge's wholly-owned subsidiary post-acquisition. IIT (BHU) and IIM-Indore alumnus Tarun Matta had founded 'iimjobs' in 2010 and later 'hirist', exclusively for IT and Technology jobs in India, in 2014.
