An initiative aimed at encouraging timely tax payments and boosting civic revenue has been rolled out by the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC). For the first time, the corporation has announced a 10% ‘Early Bird’ discount on the general tax component for property owners who pay their 2025–26 property tax bills by June 30, 2025.
