Gaming major Nazara Technologies has announced the acquisition of 1,000 equity shares of Nextwave Multimedia, the developers of the mobile cricket game franchise World Cricket Championship, for ₹2.3 crore. This increases the gaming major's total holding in Nextwave Multimedia to 74.88%, up from 71.88%.
