The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has rejected a petition seeking insolvency proceedings against Voltas. The plea was filed by Air Wave Technocrafts, one of Voltas' operational creditors. Upholding the earlier decision of the NCLT, the appellate body dismissed the plea, saying an email chain between both parties "reflects ongoing disputes".
