NCLAT seeks project-wise timelines for 16 stalled Supertech projects

NCLAT has asked a Supreme Court-appointed committee to submit tentative completion dates for each of Supertech's 16 stalled housing projects being handled by NBCC. The committee's affidavit proposed 12–36 month timelines. Funding from public sector banks is expected by March 2027. The next hearing is scheduled for November 6, 2026.
