NCLAT to hear creditors' plea against Subhash Chandra’s repayment plan

NCLAT has agreed to urgently hear a plea by creditors including LIC Housing Finance, HDFC and Union Bank challenging NCLT Delhi's approval of Zee Group Founder Subhash Chandra's repayment plan. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday at 10:30 am. Under the approved plan, Chandra will pay ₹6.5 crore, including ₹6.25 crore to creditors and ₹25 lakh towards insolvency costs.
