The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) corrected its March 28 ruling against Google's Play Store over the tech firm's antitrust case with the Competition Commission of India (CCI). NCLAT upheld that Google must avoid leveraging consumer data, and maintain transparency in data collection. NCLAT clarified that these two measures were not set aside as stated in its earlier ruling.
