The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on Monday approved the overall resolution plan of Piramal Group for Dewan Housing Finance (DHFL), subject to certain conditions. "Resolution applicant's amount to stay same. Only inter-se allocation to be reconsidered," the Mumbai bench of the tribunal said. The Piramal Group has offered ₹37,250 crore to DHFL's creditors.
