The Delhi bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has dismissed a plea by former SpiceJet pilot Devesh Bbyan seeking insolvency proceedings against the airline. Bbyan had claimed ₹1.7 crore in unpaid dues for the period between March 2020 and August 2022. This comes as SpiceJet faces financial strain and has delayed salary payments to several pilots.
