The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on Monday warned instant delivery platform Dunzo that it would issue a moratorium (temporary suspension) on the startup if it failed to promptly address a notice over unpaid dues worth around ₹4 crore. NCLT's warning was based on complaint filed by Betterplace Safety Solutions. Dunzo admitted to its debt and requested for additional time.
