NCP(SP) leader and former Solapur mayor Mahesh Kothe died after suffering a heart attack while taking a dip during Mahakumbh in Prayagraj on Tuesday. "He was rushed to a medical facility but he was declared as brought dead," his aide said. Kothe's body will be brought to Solapur for the last rites on Wednesday.
