The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) will be offering free merchandise to people who download its app, the party tweeted on Friday. In a statement, the party said that the app was to inform people about the political outfit and to make them aware about party's policies. Those who already downloaded it can avail benefits by updating it, the statement added.
