The NCPCR has issued summons to Delhi Police cyber cell on the matter of filing an FIR against Twitter over availability of child pornographic material on its platform. This comes after the child rights body had directed Delhi Police to book Twitter India under relevant sections of POCSO Act, IPC and the police failed to submit a report on it.
