The NCR is set to launch its first Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS), a 60-km semi-high-speed rail corridor connecting Gurugram to Greater Noida via Faridabad. Featuring eight stations and costing ₹15,000 crore, the project aims to ease traffic and pollution. Plans include extending RRTS lines to key NCR locations and metro expansion in Haryana to boost regional connectivity.
