The National Capital Region Planning Board (NCRPB) has decided to divide NCR into three zones, Union Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs Manohar Lal Khattar said on Tuesday. Under the proposed plan, the innermost zone, including Delhi and 'central NCR' would face the most severe pollution restrictions, but faraway places would not. NCRPB also discussed constructing two new regional expressways.
