NDR InvIT Trust has reported 83% decline in consolidated PAT for the March 31 quarter at ₹5.63 crore largely on the back of increase in tax expenses. The company had reported a PAT of ₹33.13 crore last fiscal. Its revenue increased to ₹109.14 crore from ₹94.53 crore in Q4 FY2025, registering a growth of 15.45%.
