NDR InvIT Trust to go public with ₹750 cr public issue

NDR InvIT Trust plans to convert from a private listed InvIT to a public InvIT through an IPO of units worth up to ₹750 crore. The issue includes a fresh issue of ₹450 crore and OFS of ₹300 crore. Proceeds will fund acquisitions of NDR Advanced Storage and NDR Storewell Warehousing, with the balance for general purposes.
