A rare needlefish with peacock feather-like tail was spotted near Gomti Ghat in Dwarka. The Gomti River meets Arabian Sea, creating a brackish environment where freshwater and marine species can overlap. Marine biologists say seasonal changes, shifting salinity and unusual currents can bring marine species closer to shore. Climate variability and warming waters also alter species distribution.
