NEET will now be mandatory for admission to all Allied and Healthcare undergraduate courses starting 2026-27, the NCAHP has announced. Thirteen curricula have been notified, with more underway, and most require NEET as a basic eligibility criterion. States and boards have been asked to inform schools as admissions under the new rules begin next academic year.
