Batting all-rounder Neil Brand, who has never played a Test match, has been named South Africa's Test captain for the tour of New Zealand. Along with Brand, six other uncapped players have also been included in the squad. All prominent South Africa players have been omitted from the squad due to the tour's clash with SA20 tournament.
