Neil Samraj breaks India's Under-18 100m national record twice in a day

Tamil Nadu athlete Neil Samraj broke the Under-18 100 metres national record twice in a day during the National Youth Championships. He first clocked 10.53s in Heat 1 of the semi-final, breaking Amit Kumar Shah's record of 10.55s, set in 2002. He later clocked 10.46s in the final to break his own record set just hours earlier.
