Neogen Chemicals raises ₹600 crore through QIP

Neogen Chemicals raised ₹600 crore through a qualified institutional placement by issuing 26.61 lakh shares at ₹2,255 apiece. The QIP was priced at a 3% premium to the floor price and will support growth initiatives, including lithium-ion battery materials projects, while strengthening the company’s financial flexibility.
