Nepal minister speaks about 'common threat' to India & Nepal after flash floods

Nepal Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal spoke about the "common threat" India and Nepal face after flash floods killed over 270 people. He explained that China, Nepal, India, and Bhutan are connected ecologically. "Our shared survival and future depend on protecting the Himalayan ecology," he told NDTV. He also added, "What melts in the Himalayas rises in the sea."
