Nepal warns of 2nd flash flood

Nepalese authorities have warned that a second flash flood may occur as a blockage is still lodged upstream in the Lhende Khola river. Meanwhile, police and military personnel are engaged in rescue efforts. People living in low-lying regions have been moved to safer places, ​and those along the river have been advised to remain ​alert.
