Nepalese billionaire Binod Chaudhary, Chairman of CG Corp Global that makes Wai Wai noodles, is looking for acquisitions and expansion in India. The group's CG Foods unit is scouting for deals in the packaged foods segment in India, Varun Chaudhary, MD at CG Corp Global, told BloombergQuint. Binod's late grandfather laid the group's foundation in 1870 as a textile business.
