Nestle CEO Mark Schneider has stepped down from his role after eight years leading the company. He is being replaced by Laurent Freixe, who is currently Executive Vice President and CEO for the Latin American region. Freixe joined Nestle in 1986 and has been on the company's executive board for 16 years.
