Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu was reportedly “caught by surprise” after US President Donald Trump cancelled strikes on Iran and said the US had reached a settlement to end the war. An Axios report said Netanyahu was kept in the dark over US-Iran negotiations in recent days and he had to reach out to allies in Trump administration to gather information.
