Netanyahu agrees to ceasefire plan for Israel-Hamas war: Blinken

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu reiterated support for a cease-fire proposal during their meeting in Jerusalem. He added a response from Hamas to a UN resolution backing cease-fire was a "hopeful sign", but stressed the need for a final decision from Hamas. Blinken is on his eighth trip to the Middle East since October.
