Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu made a surprise trip to Jordan on Tuesday to meet with King Abdullah II. The two leaders discussed "regional issues", and security cooperation between their countries, Netanyahu's office said. Earlier this month, Jordan summoned Israel's ambassador after its own envoy was stopped by Israeli police from entering the controversial Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem.
