American streaming giant Netflix's CEO Reed Hastings and Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos will each take home $31.5 million (₹220 crore) next year. Reed's base salary will remain at $700,000, while his stock options will rise 7% to $30.8 million. Sarandos, who is managing Netflix's $8-billion content budget this year, saw his base compensation rise 50% to $18 million.
