Netflix is considering buying Warner Bros Discovery's studio and streaming business, Reuters reported. The streaming giant has hired an investment bank and also received access to Warner Bros' financial details needed to make a potential bid. Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos recently indicated that the company is not interested in acquiring cable TV networks.
