Netflix decided to make an all-cash offer for Warner Bros Discovery’s studio, a move reportedly aimed at blocking Paramount’s bid for the Hollywood giant. Earlier, the offer was a cash-and-stock bid of $23.25 in cash plus $4.50 in Netflix stock per share. Under revised offer, Netflix will pay $27.75 per WBD share entirely in cash to buy Warner Bros assets.
