An animal-welfare group said it will ask a US government agency to investigate Elon Musk's brain-implant firm Neuralink for illegally moving hazardous pathogens. The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) said it has proof suggesting that implants, potentially carrying infectious diseases, removed from monkeys' brains were unsafely moved. PCRM said these incidents occurred in 2019.
