Never give up: 1st visually impaired woman IAS officer on taking charge

India's first visually impaired woman IAS officer Pranjal Patil assumed charge as the Sub-Collector of Kerala's Thiruvananthapuram on Monday. "We should never be defeated and we should never give up because with our efforts all of us will get that one breakthrough which we want," the 30-year-old said. Patil had secured 124th rank in UPSC exams in 2017.
