When asked if his relationship with cousin, actor Fardeen Khan was impacted as they were contemporaries, actor Zayed Khan said, "I never looked at Fardeen as a competitor." He added Fardeen was his brother and they had intellectual conversations with each other. "We should've seen professionalism and brotherhood differently and [played] the game like that but we didn't," Zayed said.
