Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, in a podcast with ANI, said he never thought that 'Gangs of Wasseypur' would become a cult film. "When I saw the film's first cut, I was like, what is this," he added. "But when I saw the edited version, that too at the Cannes Film Festival, I felt the magic of Anurag Kashyap's creation," Nawazuddin stated.
