A crucial infrastructure project is set to commence in Tamil Nadu as the Highways Department prepares estimates for a new bridge across the Palar River at Sevilimedu. The proposed structure, which will run parallel to an existing bridge on the Kancheepuram-Vandavasi State Highway 116, aims to enhance connectivity to key areas including Walajahbad, Oragadam, Padappai and Vandalur.
